Quota is used in supply management to limit production. In Canadian supply management, there are quota holders (a limited number who can produce a good) and quota values (sets and limits the farm-gate prices and production).

SAIFood

SAIFood (Sustainable Agricultural Innovation & Food) launched in the early spring of 2015 under the leadership of Dr. Stuart Smyth, at the University of Saskatchewan.
